Terms of Service
Last updated: August 9, 2026.
By using ServersUp (the Discord bot, the site at serversup.armasn.dev, or its APIs) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ServersUp checks whether game servers are up or down and sends Discord alerts when their status changes. It also provides a public status page. We aim for reliable, correct alerts, but live status comes from game vendors and can change quickly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ServersUp to:
- Spam Discord servers or channels
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other people
- Violate Discord's or any game's terms of service
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe the service or its infrastructure
- Resell, rebrand, or scrape the service or its status data for commercial use
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability or accuracy. Game vendors can change their status feeds, which can delay or break alerts. You use ServersUp at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServersUp and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed zero dollars to the extent the service is provided free of charge.
Third-party data
Status information is sourced from game vendors (for example, Battle.net for World of Warcraft and Square Enix for Final Fantasy XIV). Those vendors own their status data; ServersUp only relays it. The games referenced are trademarks of their respective owners.
Changes to the service or terms
We may change, pause, or discontinue the service at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Termination
We may restrict or remove access to the service if you violate these terms. You can stop using ServersUp at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country where ServersUp's operator is located. Questions: armasndev@proton.me. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
