Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026.

ServersUp runs a Discord bot and a game server status site at serversup.armasn.dev. This policy explains what we store, why we store it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to hide things.

What we store and why

ServersUp is built to store as little as possible. When you use the Discord bot, we store only the subscription data needed to send your alerts:

We do not store Discord messages, user content, or anything you type in channels. We do not collect email addresses, names, or payment details. There is no account system.

What we do not collect

Live status site

The status pages show public game server status (up or down). Viewing them does not require an account and does not store anything about you on our side.

Analytics

The site uses web analytics to understand which pages people visit and whether they reach the install page. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the official opt-out extension.

Where data is stored

Subscriptions are stored on secure servers with standard access controls. The bot works through Discord's own services; Discord's own policies govern that relationship.

How long we keep data

Subscriptions are kept until you remove them. Deleting a subscription removes it from the alert path. If a Discord server removes the bot, its subscriptions are cleared as part of that removal. Status history on the site is aggregated public server status and does not contain personal data.

Your choices

Children

ServersUp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
